We support both short- and long-term monitoring, as well as torsional vibration assessments. Accurate shaft power data provides valuable insight into generated or consumed power, plant efficiency, and gearbox losses.
Our temporary measurement solution is performed using a dedicated strain-gauge-based system with an accuracy of ±1%. A strain gauge is installed directly on the steel shaft to capture torque, while an optical sensor records rotational speed. RPM, torque, and power are logged synchronously and displayed in real time on site.
